Walker Geoffray is the Executive Chef and Owner of Black Pearl Catering Co. and a native New Orleanian. He began his culinary journey eight years prior to opening Black Pearl Catering Co. and spent his most recent of those years acting as Chef de Cuisine for a New Orleans-based catering company. He believes that food is a communal experience and that each dish whether simplistic or complex deserves to be awe-inspiring.
